Return & Refund Policy
With our return and refund policy, we offer a 30-day money back guarantee on all physical products. We will honour this upon you contacting us via email within 30 days of your purchase, that you wish to return the item for a full refund. You must contact us via email at: info@thebodyhub.ie first, to begin the returns process. The item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. We will then provide you with our address to post it to (you will need to cover the shipping cost). When your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Once you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5-7 business days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at: info@thebodyhub.ie
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email asap at: info@thebodyhub.ie
Cancellations
If after you order a product you wish to cancel it, email us asap on info@thebodyhub.ie and we may be able to cancel this. Please note that we do this on a best effort basis and if the item is already shipped you will be required to pay for shipping to return the item, as mentioned previously. That said, we do offer a 30-day money back guarantee on all physical products.
Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for an exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
